Jason's primary role for Avatar is Loan Analyst, and he is our initial contact for the majority of brokers and borrowers. In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker in California. Having been a licensed attorney in both Washington and California since 1997, Jason has worked for several law firms including Northwest Justice Project and Perkins Coie. Jason graduated from the University of Southern California in 1993 with a B.A. in business administration and an emphasis in real estate finance, and he received a J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1996.
