Dave has a broad base of experience in the real estate industry working for 12 years with one of the premier developers in the Northwest – Wright Runstad & Company. His first-hand experience as an entrepreneur and participation as a board member for a number of firms speaks to his proven ability to analyze financial statements and business plans. He graduated from Gonzaga University in 1998 with a BA of Business Administration in Accounting.
