George Warf currently serves as Director of Originations at Avatar Financial Group LLC (Avatar), where he is responsible for the origination and underwriting of commercial bridge loans. Based in Los Angeles, Warf is a highly experienced sales executive with more than 25 years of experience in cultivating and managing business relationships.

Most recently, Warf served as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for national bridge lender Nubridge Commercial Lending, where he was called upon to represent Nubridge at numerous industry events and conventions. Prior to Nubridge, Warf was RSM for Cherrywood Commercial Lending and later Division Manager for Cherrywood Mortgage, and CRELoans Direct, a direct-to-consumer division of Cherrywood. Warf was instrumental in the training of all newly hired Account Executives. He later went on to establish Credible Commercial Lending with another former Cherrywood Account Executive prior to joining Nubridge.

George’s sales and management experience spans more than 30 years including leading teams at AT&T, SBC and Pacific Bell and consistently outperforming his peers and winning multiple Market Leaders Awards and the prestigious President’s Club Award. George is an active supporter of community foundations and charitable endeavors.
