» Clear Title in Foreclosure

If the property you are buying is in foreclosure, it may not have clear title. Be sure to determine from the seller, the seller's bank, and the lender, exactly what is in order to get clear title upon completion of your purchase. Always buy title insurance when buying real estate property to protect your interest.
