TR Hazelrigg A native of Seattle, Thomas Roy Hazelrigg IV (TR) graduated from the University of Southern California in business administration and was selected “Most Likely to Succeed” in the Entrepreneur Program.

Following graduation, TR entered the field of non-conforming lending as a principal in a well-established firm in Seattle. In just a short while, he became the firm’s leading producer.

TR spends his time putting together deals and on the road reviewing properties throughout the country. Off hours, you’ll find him boating in the summer or on the slopes in the winter.
