Experience and Leadership in Hard Money Funding
Jerry has more than a decade of experience and expertise in
the field of non-conforming commercial lending. After graduating
from Central Washington University, Jerry began his career in public
accounting with Moss Adams.
In 1995, he was recruited to be the CEO of a well-established investor funded lender in Seattle. He took the company from a Washington State based lender with a portfolio of $90 million to a nationwide lender with a portfolio of $175 million.
Jerry focuses on evaluating commercial loans and traveling the nation to review projects. When not the office, Jerry can often be found enjoying the golf courses the Puget Sound region.
