Jerry Zevenbergen, CEO of Avatar Financial Group, brings morethan a decade of experience and a sterling reputation to the field of non-conforming commercial lending. A graduate of Central WA University in Business Administration, Zevenbergen entered public accounting with Moss Adams, serving middle market, locally owned businesses.

In 1995, Zevenbergen was recruited to be the CEO of a well established investor-funded lender in Seattle. He took the company from a Washington State based lender with a portfolio of approximately $90,000,000 to a nationwide lender with a portfolio of approximately $175,000,000.
As a founder of Avatar Financial Group, Jerry spends his days reviewing commercial loans and traveling the nation to review projects. When he is not the office, Zevenbergen can be found enjoying the golf courses around Seattle and the Puget Sound region.
