Avatar Financial Group is a nationwide, direct, hard money lender. We fund non-conforming loans (real estate collateralized loans that do not meet banks' criteria) from $1,000,000 to $10,000,000+ within the United States.
If your loan request doesn't seem to fit the 'banker's mold' and you have real estate to pledge as collateral, we suggest you submit your loan online to see if you qualify for financing with Avatar.
Costs of the Loan
Avatar Financial Group's base loan rate is 11% + 3 points. If you are working with a broker, your broker will charge an additional fee for services generally ranging from 2 - 4 additional points. We collect this fee at the time of funding and your broker will be paid at that time.If you choose to request your loan directly with Avatar Financial Group, 1 point (one point) will be added to your loan costs for the management of your account. Working directly with Avatar can save you between 1 and 5 points, depending on your situation. No up front fees are charged; points are collected at the time of funding.
