Allison Payne Allison serves as broker liaison and is usually the initial contact for loan inquiries. She communicates daily with brokers from all over the country, determines whether their loan is a good fit for Avatar and presents her findings to the company’s principals. With more than five years experience in the lending industry, she joined Avatar in 2006.

A native of Southern California, Allison graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara. In her free time, Allison enjoys traveling, photography and being active outside -- rain or shine.
