16 newly constructed homes in a new development in Missouri in a town where the sales prices within the development, while not appreciating, are remaining stable.  Obtaining a cash out loan for housing inventory was difficult due to current market conditions and not available to our borrower, the developer, in the time frame required. The borrower needed the cash to purchase lots for construction of new homes and was able to keep doing so with our loan.
