Eagle Storage and Development was nearing completion of its new building, with over 50% of its storage units already rented. With the final upgrades and technological finishing touches needed to transform this facility into a state of the art boat and RV storage facility, Eagles Storage needed a fast loan to help make these final advancements complete.
When completed, the facility will contain the most hi-tech security system available, with thumb print identification required for access to each unit. Sixty security cameras will monitor the grounds and each open unit will be monitored individually from the office. Individual unit temperatures will be controlled to ensure a proper environment for the renter’s belongings.
With Avatar’s help, Eagle Storage will be able to finish the construction and finalize the upgrades and landscaping details needed to turn this state of the art storage facility into a fully functioning reality.
