Development company Dallas Roof Gardens, LLC has completed a number of successful projects in the Dallas area. They prudently selected the lowest bidder for a 4-story mixed use property in Irving, TX and began construction and development.
In December, with the property nearly complete, and the contractor running $1,000,000 over budget, Dallas Roof Gardens turned to Avatar for a bridge loan. With a week to spare before the property would be in foreclosure, Avatar Financial Group saved the project, providing $3,340,000 in financing to bridge the gap to completion and profitability.
When completed, the building will house a roof top garden restaurant, and provide a mix of retail and public art gallery space on the ground level and a conference center between.
