Avatar is a commercial lender. In some circumstances, we are able to fund residential properties. Read below to see if we can assist with your specific property type.

If this is your primary home that you own in your own name, we can only fund if the property is in WA or CA.

In other states, the property must meet these criteria:

  • The property must be owned by a Trust, LLC, or other corporate entity, not held (vested) in your name
  • The property must have a fair market value of at least $1,000,000
  • The loan must be at least $1,000,000 and no more than 65% of the fair market value

If this is a second home, vacation home, etc., we may be able to fund if the property meets the guidelines below. Please complete the form and we will let you know if we can be of service

If this is an investment residential property, Avatar ca fund up to 65% of the lesser of the purchase price or the current fair market value. We are not rehab lenders and cannot fund loans based on ARV (after renovated value).
